Ted Danson shares grandson’s NSFW reaction to meeting his brother

Ted Danson’s granddaughter had some funny thoughts when she met her little brother for the first time.

The Good place alum, 76, appeared Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday, November 14 and talked about how he is now a grandfather to four grandchildren. Danson is the father of daughters Kate and Alexis, who he shares with ex-wife Casey Coates, and is stepfather to wife Mary Steenburgen’s children Lilly and Charlie.

“We have three grandchildren. Magnificent. Our first grandchild was born and his name is Sunny. And it’s a great name,” Danson begins.

“Funny little story about the youngest grandchild when she found out my daughter was pregnant with future Sunny. (She) wasn’t happy because her seat as a baby – the younger person, the one who got the most attention – was at . risk,” he explains.

Danson goes on to say that his granddaughter “really vocalized it,” but noted that eventually she started to soak it up.

“But when Sunny was born, there was this, you know, picture. Five minutes old, the kid naked on his back. And it was sent to the family,” he says.

“And it went to her family, the granddaughter’s family, and the youngest stood over there and wanted nothing to do with it.”

“And everyone was like, ‘Oh my god, look look look look.’ Finally she rolled her eyes and came over and sat down next to him and looked at him and said, ‘That penis is massive,'” Danson says and makes Kimmel laugh.
