Lindsay Lohan is in her Netflix Christmas rom-com era — and her fashion proves it.

The actress, who signed a celebratory three-film deal with the streamer two years ago, was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday looking like – yes – a true festive rom-com heroine. Her stylish look served smart evening wear with a cosy, wintry twist.

Lohan wore a little black mini dress with a plunging keyhole neckline on the chest. She paired the LBD with sheer black tights, black knee high boots and a woven black tote bag. She kept warm in a black double-breasted coat with large gold statement buttons and a round neckline. She wore her blonde hair in long waves and a side part– she is, after all, the queen of Millennials. Finally, she completed the look with a pair of oversized sunglasses.

Lohan was visiting the Bravo Clubhouse with her mother, Dina, and former co-star Lacey Chabert. Lohan and Chabert were possibly there to film a press segment — both have upcoming holiday rom-coms coming out on Netflix this year.

Lohan’s movie, Our little secret, is her third rom-com with the streamer. She plays along with Pretty Little Liars’ Ian Harding as a woman who has to spend Christmas with her ex because their new partners, it turns out, are siblings.

Meanwhile, Chabert stars Hot Frostya movie about – yes – a sexy snowman who comes to life (Yes, that is a must-watch.) with Schitt’s Creek‘s Dustin Milligan.

It seems Netflix is intent on fleshing out their cinematic holiday universe, because there’s a bit of Christmas movie inception Hot Frosty. Chabert and Milligan’s characters are actually shown watching a clip of Lohan’s previous Netflix rom-com, Falling for Christmas.

“It’s so funny,” Chabert’s character says in the film. “She looks like a girl I went to school with.” Of course, this is a nod to Lohan and Chabert’s 2003 classic, Wild girls.

speaks to Quinn the catsaid Chabert, “I’m so happy that Lindsay and I are reunited through our Netflix movie. We’ve known each other since we were little kids, and it feels like such a full-circle moment.”
