For the first episode after the 2024 presidential election, stand-up comedian and actor Bill Burr brought the fun as he hosted Saturday Night Live on 9 November. Starting with a cold open featuring a “hot jacked Donald Trump” (played by James Austin Johnson), the episode also featured a tribute to bald men, a Buffalo Wild Wings parody, and a surprisingly sentimental skit reminding you to call your father.

For the Musical Guest, singer-songwriter, producer and guitarist Mk.gee did his part SNL debut following the release of his critically acclaimed debut album, Two Star & the Dream Policeearlier this year.
