Game 3: TCU at Michigan Preview

Michigan looks to bounce back tonight (6 p.m., FS1) against TCU at the Crisler Center. The Wolverines fell short Sunday against Wake Forest in Greensboro and now get another shot at a major foe early in the non-conference.

The Horned Frogs are starting four transfers, including former Wolverine Frankie Collins, and are counting on someone else to play a pivotal role off the bench. They are off to a 3-0 start with wins over Florida A&M, Florida Gulf Coast and Texas State. Dixon’s teams are picked to finish in the middle of the Big 12 pack and have reached the NCAA Tournament in three consecutive seasons.

Dixon was once known for a bruising, methodical style of play, but has switched to a more uptempo style over the past two seasons. Despite an overhaul of the shift, this trend looks set to continue this year.
