How to watch Mike Tyson-Jake Paul fight: What time does it start?

The Tyson-Paul fight program begins at 8:00 PM ET on Netflix from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, but don’t expect their matchup to begin for a while. There are other bouts on the card including Neeraj Goyat vs. Whindersson Nunes, Mario Barrios vs. Abel Ramos (WBC Welterweight World Title) and Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano.

At no extra cost, all you need to stream the match is a Netflix account. There is also a preliminary card with matchups beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.

“Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson is a one-of-a-kind dream fight and we hope it becomes the most-watched boxing event in modern boxing history,” Nakisa Bidarian, founder of Most Valuable Promotions, which is partnering with Netflix to bring the fight, said in a message.

Tyson said he plans to “finish” the “kid” despite the 31-year age difference.

“I am very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas,” Tyson said in a release. “He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it’s going to be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a ‘kid’ can do with the experience and skill of a goat . It’s a full-circle moment that will be more than exciting to watch; when I started him on his boxing journey on the undercard of my fight with Roy Jones and now I plan to finish him.”

Paul said Tyson will be his biggest challenge yet.

“It’s crazy to think that in my second pro fight I went viral for knocking out Nate Robinson on Mike Tyson’s undercard. Now, less than four years later, I’m stepping up to face Tyson himself to see if I have what it takes to beat one of boxing’s most notorious fighters and greatest icons,” Paul said in a statement.

Tyson was heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990 and began his career by winning his first 37 fights. He won his first 19 professional fights by knockout. Tyson’s first loss was a major upset against Buster Douglas in 1990.

Paul, who began fighting professionally in 2020, previously defeated UFC star Nate Diaz and MMA fighter and Olympic wrestler Ben Askren. He started his boxing career 6-0 before losing to Tommy Furry in 2023.
