Veterans Day is here and there are several ways to celebrate and honor US military veterans in El Paso.

Many restaurants will offer free meals, desserts, coffee and other items to veterans and active military personnel Veterans Day.

Unless otherwise stated, all offers are available on the federal holiday, Monday 11 November. Participation varies by franchise location. Note that restaurants require proof of service to redeem offers.

Is Applebee’s offering freebies, meal deals or discounts for Veterans Day 2024?

Applebee’s offers veterans and active duty military a free meal from a designated menu on Veterans Day. A valid military ID or proof of service is required. Veterans also receive a $5 card redeemable for a meal to be used within three weeks. Menu options include:

Amber’s Coffee Bar is offering a free drink for Veterans Day

Amber’s Coffee Bar is offering a free drink to all veterans from 7 to noon on Monday, November 11 at its two locations: 14026 Horizon Blvd. and 500 N. Oregon St. in Downtown El Paso. Freebie is sponsored by Arleen Beard of State Farm Insurance Agency.

Veterans must bring a military ID; free drink is for veterans only, not family members.

Speaking Rock offers poker (with free buy-in) to veterans

Speaking Rock Entertainment Center invites veterans to its poker tournaments on Monday, November 11th. For Veterans Day, the center will pay buy-in for veterans. The Omaha tournament is at 14.00, and the Hold Em tournament is at 6:30 PM at 122 S. Old Pueblo Road.
