Veterans Day is here! To honor those who have served our country, along with those who continue to serve, many Texas restaurants are offering discounts on November 11th.

Where can veterans and active military members enjoy free or discounted food? We’ve compiled a list of eateries that want to thank America’s heroes by filling their bellies.

Another Broken Egg: Free Patriot French toast combo and coffee

On Monday, Nov. 11, active or retired military members can get a free Patriot French toast combo at Another broken egg. The toast is topped with strawberries, blueberries and freshly whipped cream and also includes a complimentary Barista House Blend Coffee.

Offer valid only for dine-in customers who show a military ID.

Applebee’s: Free admission

For the 17th consecutive year, Applebee’s Grill & Bar offers veterans and active military members a free entrée from a special menu. This offer is only available to dine-in customers for lunch and dinner on Veterans Day.

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse: Free Chocolate Chunk Pizookie and Coupon

Veterans who dine in at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewery on November 11 can get a free Chocolate Chunk Pizookie, with no minimum food purchase. They will also receive a return coupon for a free appetizer valid from November 12 to December 31. The coupon can be used for dining or take-out.

The offer is only valid for customers with a military ID and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Bob Evans: Free meal

On 11 Nov Bob Evans serving veterans and active military members a free meal. During the day, eligible dining customers can choose from a selection of 10 breakfast deals on one special menu. The offer does not include drinks and proof of military service is required.

Buffalo Wild Wings: 10 free boneless wings with fries

Buffalo Wild Wings offers 10 free boneless wings and fries to veterans and active military members at Veterans Day. The offer is valid with military ID for dine-in customers and can also be accessed via walk-in ordering at the counter at Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations.

California Pizza Kitchen: Free entry and drink

Veterans and active military members who dine in at California Pizza kitchen on November 11 will receive a free entry and drink from a prix fixe menu. In addition, they will receive a “Buy One Get One” coupon for any pizza, pasta or salad redeemable during a future visit between November 12th and November 25th.

Proof of military service is required and the offer is only valid at participating locations.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill: Free appetizer or dessert and a non-alcoholic drink

On Nov. 11, veterans and active duty military members with valid ID can enjoy a free appetizer or dessert paired with a free non-alcoholic beverage at Carabba’s Italian Grill. Carrabba’s has one too Heroes discount year round 10% discount offer to all service members, veterans and first responders.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen: Free appetizer or dessert

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen offers veterans and active duty military members a free entree or dessert on Veterans Day.

Chicken Salad Chick: Free Chicken Meal

Veterans and active military members in uniform or with a military ID can receive a free meal at Chicken Salad Chick on November 11th. The free Chick Meal comes with either a scoop or a sandwich, plus a fresh side and a regular fountain drink.

Chick-fil-A: Discounts vary by location

Chick-fil-A offers veterans and active military members discounts on Veterans Day. Any discounts are at the discretion of the restaurant operator and vary from location to location.

Chili’s Grill & Bar: Free meal

On 11 Nov Chili’s Bar & Grill offers a free meal from a limited four-course menu to veterans and active duty military members. Offer valid for dining only and military ID required. Beverages are not included and the offer cannot be combined with other offers.

Cici’s Pizza: Free adult buffet

Cici’s Pizza offers a free adult buffet to all veterans and active military personnel.

Cracker Barrel: Free Sunrise Pancake Special

For Veterans Day, Cracker Barrel offers one free Sunrise Pancake Special for veterans and active military members.

Denny’s: Free Original Grand Slam Breakfast

Denny’s invites active and retired military personnel to enjoy a free Original Grand Slam breakfast on November 11th. The meal will only be served from 5.00 to noon for dining customers. Military ID is required.

Duck Donuts: Free medium coffee

Duck Donuts offers a free medium hot coffee or cold brew to veterans and active duty military members at Veterans Day. This offer is only valid in-store with military ID. No purchase is necessary.

Dunkin’ Donuts: Free donut

On November 11, Dunkin’ Donuts is giving away a free doughnut to active and retired military members. This offer is only available in-store and is not available on the Dunkin’ mobile app.

Einstein Bros. Bagels: Free coffee with purchase

For Veterans Day, Einstein Bros. Bagels gives a free hot or iced coffee of any size for veterans and active duty members making a purchase.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Free meal card

Freddy’s distributes food stamps to veterans and current military personnel at Nov 11. A meal card is valid for a free combo meal of your choice and can be redeemed up to and including 31 December. Purchase is not necessary.

Golden Corral: Free ‘thank you’ meal

From 4 p.m. to close on Veterans Day, Golden Corral offers a free “thank you” meal to former and active military members. The offer only applies to dining.

Hooters: Free dinner admission

Hutters honors active and retired military members on Nov. 11 with a free dinner entrée from a special menu. Offer is dine-in only and proof of service is required.

IHOP: Free pancake combo

On Veterans Day, IHOP offers veterans and active duty military members a free red, white and blueberry pancake combo from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Proof of service is required.

Little Caesars: Free lunch combo

Once again, Little Caesars offers one free lunch combo for veterans and active military from 11 am to 2 pm on November 11. The combo includes four slices of Detroit-style Deep Dish pizza and a 20-ounce Pepsi beverage. Proof of service is required to receive the combination.

LongHorn Steakhouse: 10% off plus a free entree or dessert

Sunday 10 November and Monday 11 November at Long Horn Steakhouse provides veterans and active duty military personnel 10% discount on their meal along with a complimentary appetizer or dessert for their table. This offer only applies to dine-in and call-in orders.

Olive Garden: Free admission

For those who have served in the military, Olive garden offer a free entrance from a special menu, with favorites such as Chicken Parmigiana and Fettuccine Alfredo. The entree includes unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad. The offer is only valid on 11 Nov.

Outback Steakhouse: Free Bloomin’ Onion and Coca-Cola drink

To honor those who have served or are serving, Outback Steakhouse is offering a free Bloomin’ Onion and Coca-Cola drink or 16-ounce domestic draft from Saturday, Nov. 9 through Monday, Nov. 11. Offer valid for dinner only and military ID is required.

Playa Bowls: Free bowl

On Veterans Day, Playa Bowls will give a free bowl to all veterans and service members. Offer is in-store only at participating locations with valid military ID.

Red Robin: Free Red’s Big Tavern Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries

On Nov. 11, veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free Red’s Big Tavern Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries at Red Robin. Offer is available for dine-in only and proof of service is required.

Smashburger: Free burger

Smashburger offers military personnel with valid ID a free All-American single or double burger at Veterans Day. The deal includes beef burgers only, no substitutions and in-store only.

Starbucks: Free tall hot or iced coffee

On 11 Nov Starbucks offers a free tall – 12 ounce – hot or iced coffee to veterans, active duty military and military spouses.

Taziki’s Mediterranean Café: Free grilled chicken gyro meal

Taziki’s want one free grilled chicken gyro meal for veterans on Veterans Day, no purchase necessary. Taziki’s will also donate $1 from every gyro sold on Veteran’s Day to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Texas Roadhouse: Free Meal Coupons

From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Veterans Day, Texas Roadhouse will provide free food stamps to veterans and active military members. Each voucher is valid for dining or take-out at a later date and is valid until and including 30 May.

Twin Peaks: Free lunch

Twin Peaks will have a free lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 11 for veterans and active military members with valid ID.

Wendy’s: Free breakfast combo

During breakfast time (6:30-10:30 a.m.) on Veterans Day, Wendy’s will serve for free Breakfast combinations to former and current military members.
