Flyers Shocking Scratches Big Star Against Lightning

The Philadelphia Flyers have announced that star rookie Matvei Michkov will be dealt to the Tampa Bay Lightning.

While talking to reporters ieincluding Charlie O’ConnorFlyers head coach John Tortorella had this to say about the matter: “Just part of the process. We’re trying to help him.”

Michkov, 19, is off to a strong start this season with the Flyers, posting four goals and 10 points in 13 games. He also recorded an assist in his last game against the Carolina Hurricanes.

With Michkov out of the lineup, recent call-up Anthony Richard will make his Flyers debut.
