Starbucks’ holiday menu is here, and it includes refreshments

It’s starting to look a lot like winter at Starbucks — and it’s not just the holiday-themed cups.

After ending its charge on dairy-free milk and cutting off its Oleato olive oil-infused beverages, the chain was just launched its holiday menu, available from November 7. A number of drinks return from years past — like the Peppermint Mocha — but a brand new cold foam joins the ranks, as well as new and returning holiday treats.

Starbucks is also adding Refreshers to its holiday offerings for the first time — a trio of cranberry-orange flavored drinks.

Cran-Merry Orange Refresher

This new Refresher has flavors of orange, cranberry and spices (including notes of cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg) and is shaken with ice, water and cranberry.

Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher

The new Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher combines Cran-Merry Orange Refresher with ice, lemonade and cranberries.

Cran-Merry Drink

The new Cran-Merry Drink – a festive take on the Pink Drink – combines Cran-Merry Refresher with coconut milk and cranberries and is poured over ice.

Peppermint Mocha

This drink has now been on Starbucks’ holiday menu for more than two decades. Available hot, iced or as a Frappuccino, it blends espresso with steamed milk, mocha sauce, peppermint flavored syrup and is topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.

Caramel Brulee Latte

This recurring drink – available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino – combines espresso with steamed milk, caramel brulee sauce, a swirl of whipped cream and caramel brulee topping.

Chestnut praline latte

This drink returns with its espresso, steamed milk and flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices. It is topped with whipped cream and spicy praline crumbs and is available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino.

Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte

This recurring drink — available hot, iced or as a Frappuccino — features sugar-flavored syrup mixed with blonde espresso, ice cream and almond milk and is topped with red and green sprinkles.

Iced Gingerbread Oat Milk Chai

Back this year, this drink combines chai spices, oat milk and ice cream and is finished with dairy-free gingerbread flavored cold foam and a spice topping.

Customers can enjoy a variety of new and returning cold foam flavors this holiday season, which can be made non-dairy and added as a customization for an additional fee to give any drink a festive twist.

  • Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam (new) mixes gingerbread flavor with vanilla sweet cream.
  • Peppermint chocolate cream Cold foam mixes peppermint flavored syrup and chocolate malt powder with vanilla sweet cream.
  • Sugar Cookie Cream Cold foam mixes sugar-flavored syrup with vanilla sweet cream.
  • Chestnut praline cream Cold foam mixes caramelized chestnuts and spices with vanilla sweet cream.
  • Caramel Brulée Creme Cold Foam combines caramel brulée sauce with vanilla sweet cream. It is not available in non-dairy form.

  • Penguin Cookies: This new sweet shortbread cookie comes iced with a penguin design (a penguin friend in earmuffs – how could you resist?).
  • Snowman Cake Pop: This new delight features vanilla cake mixed with buttercream and dipped in white chocolate icing.
  • Sugar plum cheese Danish: This throwback pastry has a cream cheese filling topped with a spiced sugar-plum spread.
  • Cranberry Bliss Bar: This recurring treat features blondie cake with dried cranberries and a layer of cream cheese frosting and a sprinkle of dried cranberries with orange zest.
