Hyderabad: The Yellow and Black are back in action this Thursday as they travel to Kochi to take on Kerala Blasters.

Defender Stefan Sapic joined coach Thangboi Singto for the pre-match press conference ahead of this clash.

In his time in the ISL so far…

I’ve been here for a month now and I’m still getting used to this league. The pace and physical nature of the league is exciting to be a part of. We have had a good time in the training sessions and hope to get some good results soon.

When he scored his first ISL goal against MSC…

I am happy to score the goal, but it was very important that we won the game and also the clean sheet. We work as a team and it was a big win for us. Hopefully we get more results like this, including this match against KBFC.

At the KBFC game…

We know it will not be an easy game in Kerala. They are a tough team and are stronger when they play in front of their home fans, who create an incredible atmosphere. But we know all about it, are ready for the challenges and hope to give our best and fight for victory.

These guys (Alex Saji, Muhammed Rafi, Parag Shrivas and Leander D’Cunha) are amazing. Every moment of every day they work hard to improve. They also helped me a lot to settle into this club. They are young and very talented, and they certainly have a great future with the national team.
