Elon Musk joined Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago on election night and expressed confidence in Trump’s victory. With early results favoring Trump, Musk shared predictions of a Republican victory and highlighted his active support for the former president throughout the campaign.

As Donald Trump inched closer to winning the White House in the key swing states of North Carolina and Pennsylvania, Elon Musk, who strongly supported and campaigned for the former president, went on a meme frenzy. Musk curated a photo of him walking into the White House with a sink in hand.

Musk and Trump spent election night at Mar-a-Lago, where they joined the festivities in Palm Beach, Florida. A widely shared photo on social media captured Musk sitting next to the Republican candidate, with a screen behind them showing exit polls indicating Trump’s lead.

Musk was reportedly one of the few people with Trump as he watched the election results unfold, according to The New York Times. Trump hosted a variety of events at Mar-a-Lago, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. He was also scheduled to address his donors at the Palm Beach Convention Center as the election results became clearer, The New York Post reported.

With early projections showing Trump ahead of Vice President Kamala Harris, Musk expressed confidence in his return to the White House. On X, Musk tweeted, “Play, set, match” and shared a prediction from Polymarket, a New York-based forecasting platform, which gave Trump a 90.1% chance of winning, compared to Harris’ 9.2%.
Musk, who has contributed over $119 million to a super PAC supporting Trump, has been an active supporter throughout the campaign, holding events in Pennsylvania and hosting an X-Space with the former president. He has also appeared at several of Trump’s rallies.
According to the latest projections, Trump leads with 211 electoral votes, while Harris has 145.
