How to follow track votes count in 2024 race

Election day has come.

After months of anticipation, debate and campaigning, many of those who have not yet cast their ballots will do so on Tuesday.

The first polls begin to close across the country at 7:00 PM ET, which means we can start receiving election results shortly after.

USA TODAY will post updates on all the top races across the country, including the race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. Their battle for the White House has been relatively short, as Harris has been at the top of the Democratic ticket for just more than three months after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race.

Here you can follow to know who wins and other top news from the election.

How to track results in races for president, house, senate, governor and more
