Pregnant Brittany Mahomes Kids Watch Chiefs Game From Home While Patrick Jokes She's Due Any Day Now 715

Pregnant Brittany Mahomes chose a pleasant game day where you cheer on the man Patrick Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs teammates on television.

“Baking and watching Daddy,” Brittany, 29, wrote via Instagram Story on Wednesday, Dec. 25, referring to husband Patrick’s away game in Pittsburgh.

In the photo, Brittany and 3-year-old daughter Sterling wore matching beige-and-white flannel pajama sets as they baked up a storm in their kitchen. They were joined by Patrick’s mother, Randiand his younger sister Mia.

“Already on our second box of baking,” Brittany wrote, showing off their festive cupcakes.

Brittany and Sterling baked during Patrick’s holiday game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. While the treats were in the oven, they polished off the soccer game with 21-month-old Bronze.

“Game day snuggles,” Brittany captioned a follow-up Instagram photo with Bronze.

Earlier Wednesday, Patrick, 29, joked in a pre-recorded Netflix interview that Brittany will give birth to child no. 3 “anywhere now.”

“Brittany says I’ve been stressing her too much this season,” Patrick told the sportscaster Kay Adams. “So I’m going to try not to put so much stress on her through these soccer games — and say goodbye.”

He added: “Hopefully God works the right way and we can have that baby in the bye week somewhere. Then everything will work out perfectly.”

Patrick further stated that his wife, who he started with in high school, deserves an MVP trophy this NFL season.

“MVP because she goes in (to the playoffs) and she wants to crush it,” Patrick said. “We’re having three babies and I can take a break for a long time and just focus on playing football and raising those babies.”

Wednesday’s game is one of the last regular season games of the year.

“Any time you play the Steelers, you know it’s going to be a game,” Patrick teased. “They’re going to give you your best shot every single time — and that’s a great football team. That’s why they’re in the position they’re in. It’s going to be a great game, we’re going to be in a great environment in Pittsburgh , and I’m excited about it.”

As Patrick plays football on Christmas Day, he celebrated the festive season with Brittany and the kids earlier this week.

“Christmas with the Mahomeses is a lot of chasing kids around,” he told Adams in the Netflix segment. “Santa leaves surprises for the children. To see them grow up and understand what the holiday is all about; I do those traditions now. I hope to have some that I will have for the rest of my life.”
