Grinch arrested after causing disturbance at HEB in Cypress

A suspect is in custody after reports of a disturbance at the HEB on Spring Cypress Road where a troublemaker was causing a scene inside the store.

Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s office quickly responded to the call and apprehended the suspect, identified as “The Grinch” from Houston Hero Headquarters.
