Daniel Stern, one of the burglars in the home alone, recalled a scene his partner in crime Joe Pesci did.

During an interview with Weekly entertainmenthe said that the Oscar winner – to be more frightening – bit the fingers of young Macaulay Culkin in one of the scenes.

“I completely forgot. Joe is… he’s wonderful, I love him, he’s a dear friend, but he’s a scary guy and he carried it all,” he shared.

“Because he was—we tried in the first movie to actually be scary to start with, and then you realize we’re idiots. But there was a fear factor that set up the drama,” the actor recalled.

Immediately, Joe apologized to the young star, saying: “Yeah, I think he bit it while he was biting his finger, and then he bit it – like, ‘Oh shit, I didn’t really mean that. Joe was like, ‘Ahh, sorry I did that.’ But only when you see Pesci break.”

Macaulay, on the other hand, has previously revealed in a Q&A that he still has a mark from his bite.

“I have a scar. I saw his face — and I’ve never, ever seen Joe Pesci actually scared … because he’s like, ‘I just bit a kid!'” the 44-year-old concluded.
