SDSU hopes passing attack helps in FCS Semifinals

BROOKINGS, SD (KELO) – The SDSU football team visited NDSU during the regular season and suffered a loss to the Bison in one of the lowest scoring contests of the year.

The Jacks haven’t forgotten the emotions that arose during the Dakota Marker rivalry at the Fargo Dome.

This time, when the two teams will meet in the FCS semifinals, it will not be for a trophy, but for the chance to go for the FCS Championship.

The Jackrabbits threw for their second fewest yards in a game, with just 118 yards in Fargo. Since then, SDSU has racked up more than 150 yards in the air.

“If you really see Mark with one of those wide receivers that you might miss in practice or if it’s not crisp enough, they spend extra time every single day working on the timing and the precision of where they’re going to break. routes away,” SDSU head coach Jimmy Rogers said.
