Michael and Carly’s Maybe this Christmas – Song explored

NBC shared interesting details about the latest song by Michael Bublé and Carly Pearce. According to NBC, the song is divided into two verses, each sung one after the other before merging into a chorus.

The song talks about the idea of:

“Spending Christmastime alone first with reluctance, then with empathy and finally with just a hint of holiday optimism as the emotional ballad concludes on a musical theme lifted from the Christmas classic Silent Night,” shared by NBC.

The opening verse of the song starts with Michael singing, “Sentimental ain’t a thing I do well” it’s Christmas time again / And I’m missin’ all my friends / a million miles away…”, which later turns into a fused chorus between the two. Then the lyrics mention how during the “Christmas season” you “shouldn’t be alone.”

NBC will release The voice Season 26 Finale Part 2 on December 10, 2024. Viewers can see the end of the epic competition, with one winner taking home the prize pool and the title.
