Miranda Lambert and Ella Langley team up to deliver donations to rescue dogs at Nashville Animal Interests

To cap off a very successful year that included two brand new albums, respectively, Miranda Lambert and Ella Langley recently made a trip to local Tractor Supply stores to stock local animal shelters with supplies for the holidays.

This year’s supply drive marks the third annual “Big Shop” hosted by Lambert’s nonprofit organization, MuttNationwhich featured donations of everything from food, toys and leashes to local Nashville shelters.

For those unfamiliar with her nonprofit, Lambert founded it way back in 2009 with her mother Bev and has provided a multitude of different services such as adoption drives, shelter volunteering grants, emergency disaster relief, shelter donations and pet transportation services.

In addition, MuttNation played a key role in providing relief in Texas and Louisiana in 2017 following the devastating effects of Hurricane Harvey, rescuing dozens of animals trapped in the wreckage.

Along with the donation, Lambert took to Twitter to share a video of herself and Langley shopping at Tractor Supply, picking out dog toys and food and dropping off the supplies at local animal shelters.

It should go without saying that Lambert and Langley are two of the liveliest female country stars in the genre right now, with Lambert arguably the queen of country music for the past two decades and Langley on the brink of stardom after more recently to have earned his first ever No. 1 at country radio with “You Look Like You Love Me” featuring Riley Green.

In the video, the “Over You” singer referred to Langley as her “sister in country music and in dog lovers.” See it for yourself here:
