Miami Dolphins (+3) over HOUSTON TEXANS

This game won’t be played in 40 degree temperatures, so we don’t have to worry about the dolphins getting softer than Charmin.

Miami needs a win to stay in the playoffs, and its offense is clicking, making it a live underdog in Houston.

We also factor in that the Texans are hard to trust right now behind inconsistent second-year QB CJ Stroud.

Houston’s last five games include losses to the Jets and Titans, with a big lead against the Lions and barely beating the Jaguars in Week 13.

The Texans haven’t played well at home either, going 4-2 with wins by six, four and twice by three points.

It feels like a close game that will come down to a field goal, and we’ll take the underdog we think can win outright.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3) over LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

Both teams are fired up, but we believe the Buccaneers’ offense can keep this one close, if not outright won.

The Chargers have overachieved this season, but they’re down RB JK Dobbins and TE Will Dissly, star rookie Ladd McConkey missed last week with an injury, and oh, Justin Herbert is a bit confused.

Los Angeles is also in a bit of an offensive funk, having scored just 17 points in each of its last two games.

Bet on the NFL?

Tampa Bay, meanwhile, has scored at least 20 in all but one game.

The Bucs’ defense is a concern, but the hope is that their offense can make enough plays.

The Chargers’ once vaunted defense has also regressed recently while playing tougher teams.

LAST WEEK: 0-2. Falcons (L), Saints (L).

SEASON: 10-18.
