Fortnite’s Chapter 2 Remix event is coming to an end soon, and it comes with a tribute to late rapper Juice WRLD.

Juice WRLD, whose real name was Jarad Anthony Higgins, died in 2019, but his fusion of multiple musical genres with hip-hop continues five years after his death with several posthumous music releases. Fortnite’s Chapter 2 Remix continues to keep his music alive with a celebration of Juice WRLD’s life and his past connection to Fortnite as the month-long remix ends on November 30th.

“Chapter 2 Remix ends on a special note – catch it Remix: The Finale live event on November 30 at 14:00 ET! To honor Juice’s legacy and love of Fortnite,” read a release from Fortnite.

Carmela Wallace, Higgins’ mother, was involved in the collaboration and released a statement about what the game meant to her son and what it means.

“Jarad has always loved playing Fortnite – it was more than just entertainment for him, it was a way to connect with others. From a young age, video games were part of how he bonded with friends and family, and being in Fortnite is an incredible tribute to that connection. I know he would be delighted to see how his love of games continues to bring people together across different spaces, just as his music does.”

When is the Fortnite Juice WRLD event?

Players will get a chance to see Juice WRLD again, even if it’s just in a virtual world.

Fortnite programmers have come up with a digital avatar resembling the rapper who will preside over an event expected to close Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix, dubbed The Finale on November 30, starting at 2pm ET/1pm CT. The in-game concert will feature artists featured throughout the event and include a new single from Snoop Dogg, “Another Part Of Me (feat. Sting),” along with the exclusive world premiere of a brand new Juice WRLD track, “Empty “Out of your pockets.”

Players can keep an eye on WRLD Point Landmark which will begin to bloom on the chart throughout the week of Monday, November 25.

When is the Slayer Juice WRLD outfit coming out in Fortnite?

Players will be able to earn a special Slayer Juice WRLD outfit starting Monday, November 25th at 9 a.m. ET/8 a.m. CT until the Chapter 2 Remix ends on November 30

When does Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix end?

Tennessee players will see the end of Chapter 2 Remix on Saturday, November 30 at 10pm ET/9pm CT.

Which other rappers were featured in the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix?

Chapter 2 Remix has been full of singers participating in this throwback event. The real OG Snoop Dogg kicked off gameplay in week 1 at the head of the agency, Eminem set up shop in the cave and one of the newest faces in hip-hop, Ice Spice, claimed Shark Island in this return.

How, when did Juice WRLD die?

The Chicago rapper died in 2019 after suffering a medical emergency at Chicago Midway International Airport days after his 21st birthday on December 8, 2019. Autopsy and toxicology results indicate that Higgins’ death was the result of “oxycodone and codeine -toxicity”, according to Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

His death was ruled accidental, according to the autopsy report.

When will Fortnite OG return?
