Thanksgiving is here and it is a time for gratitude, family gatherings and cherished moments. Putting their differences aside, ex-couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reunited this Thanksgiving. They were seen volunteering at a charity in Los Angeles that served meals to the underprivileged. Even their children – Violet (18), Seraphina (15) and Samuel (12) – were reportedly present. Pictures and videos of the former duo are now doing rounds on the internet.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, who separated in 2018, have maintained a positive and friendly relationship. A recent photo shared by The Midnight Mission, a homeless shelter in Los Angeles, shows the duo in matching “I Love The Midnight Mission” aprons as they serve food to those in need.

In a note of gratitude, The Midnight Mission wrote, “Today we were honored to have Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner join us at the Midnight Mission for Thanksgiving! Their kindness, warmth and dedication brought so much joy to our Skid Row community.”

“Thank you, Ben and Jennifer, for serving meals and sharing smiles on this special day. Your compassion reminds us all of the true meaning of Thanksgiving – coming together to support one another,” they added.

It was previously reported that Ben Affleck showed his support for ex-wife Jennifer Garner during a difficult time when she lost her dog, Birdie. A source revealed to RadarOnline that Ben was more than willing to adjust his plans to be there for Jennifer as she grieved. “Jennifer’s pain is deep and Ben has said he would be more than happy to spend time with her over Thanksgiving,” the source shared.

Earlier on Instagram, Jennifer Garner said: “It’s hard to know how to write this; it seems crazy, given the world, to mourn a pet, but since we’ve shared Birdie with you, it only seems fair to tell you about her demise.”

“We were surprised to learn that not only was she very ill, but she was at the end of her life,” she added.

On the personal front, Jennifer Garner is currently dating businessman John Miller, while Ben Affleck recently split from Jennifer Lopez. The couple filed for divorce just two years into their marriage. While we’re not sure how Jennifer Lopez plans to spend her holiday, reports suggest she was with her twins, Emme and Max, who she co-parents with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
