Xiaocan Feng vs. Ming Shi

Ming Shi, UFC Fight Night 248

Recap: Ming Shi pulled off a major betting upset when she knocked out 6-1 favorite Xiaocan Feng with a brutal head kick 46 seconds into the third round. Shi connected his shin straight to Feng’s jaw, then punched. her with a few punches to the canvas before the referee jumped in. The victory gave her the “Road to UFC” women’s strawweight tournament crown – and also sent Feng out of the arena on a stretcher and to the hospital for safety reasons after the finish, leaving her unconscious and convulsing on the canvas.
