Arkansas now has two of the top players in the 2025 high school class commit

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Arkansas continues to be a destination for highly ranked basketball players.

Their latest commitment, Maleek Thomas, has committed to play basketball for the Razorbacks under Coach Calipari.

Thomas, currently a member of the Overtime Elite, is a five-star recruit and is ranked in the top 10 (#9) in the 2025 high school class.

Arkansas was his ultimate choice as he turned down the opportunity to play at UCONN or the University of Pittsburgh.

He joins Darius Acuff, another top 10 high school player (#8), who has also committed to Arkansas.
