Marist Softball’s 2025 Schedule Released

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist softball team’s 2025 schedule has been released.

The Red Foxes, who won the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regular-season championship in 2024, will play 53 games this season. Marist will play 27 games against non-conference opponents, followed by 26 games against conference foes.

Marist participates in five tournaments consisting of five games each:

  • February 7-9 at Tarleton State:

    • Feb. 7: Arkansas-Pine Bluff, McNeese State

    • Feb. 8: McNeese State, Tarleton State

    • February 9: Bucknell

  • February 14-16 at Coastal Carolina:

    • Feb. 14: Kent State at Notre Dame

    • February 15: Towson, Coastal Carolina

    • February 16: Kent State

  • February 21-23 at Stetson:

    • Feb. 21: LIU, Stetson

    • Feb. 22: FAU, Stetson

    • February 23: LIU

  • 28 February-2 March at Winthrop:

    • Feb. 28: Southern Indiana State, Winthrop

    • March 1: Youngstown State, UNC Charlotte

    • March 2: St. Bonaventure

  • March 7-9 at East Tennessee State:

    • March 7: Mercyhurst, East Tennessee State

    • March 8: St. Bonaventure, Mercyhurst

    • March 9: St. Bonaventure

Marist is scheduled to close out non-conference play with a doubleheader at home against Lafayette on Friday, March 14.

Marist is scheduled to play 26 games against MAAC opponents this year. The Red Foxes will have three-game series against six teams, and doubleheaders against four teams.

    • St. Peter’s (road): March 22 (doubleheader) & 23rd (single leg)

    • Fairfield (home): April 5 (doubleheader) & 6 (single game)

    • Siena (Road): April 12th (Doubleheader) & 13th (Single Game)

    • Sacred Heart (Road): April 18th (Doubleheader) & 19th (Single Game)

    • Manhattan (home): April 26th (doubleheader) & 27th (single game)

    • Iona (home): May 2nd (doubleheader) & 3rd (single game)

  • Double head

    • Canisius (home): April 1

    • Rider (road): April 15

    • Merrimack (home): April 22

    • Niagara (road): April 29

The MAAC Championship will be held from 7-10 May at home to the conference’s #1 seed.
