These rumors abound.

Matt Rife denied he had plastic surgery after conspiracy theories about the drastic changes to his face swirled online.

The 29-year-old comedian claimed in his book “Your Mom’s Gonna Love Me” on Tuesday that his changed appearance was due to delayed puberty.

The comedian addressed plastic surgery rumors in his new book, “Your Mother Will Love Me.”
“Puberty, after taking its sweet time for more than 20 years, finally decided to slap me right in the face,” wrote Rife, seen here in 2022. Getty Images

“Puberty, after its sweet time for more than 20 years, finally decided to punch me in the face,” he wrote.

Rife explained that he went from looking like “a 13-year-old” to his “actual age” – “like a real grown man” – in just a few months.

The Netflix star described that his face suddenly became “broader” and his features became “more prominent,” adding that he also became “a few inches taller.”

In addition, Rife attributed his changed appearance to regularly hitting the gym with his close friend and fellow comedian Dane Cook.

“I started every day lifting,” he shared. “It cleared my head.”

The actor acknowledged that his “bizarrely crippling journey through puberty” inspired “a million-and-one internet conspiracies” about him undergoing cosmetic surgery.

Rife then whined about how his comedy career began to suffer after he got better looking with age.

“As a comic, you have to get the audience to like you, right?” he wrote in his memoirs. “Well, who the hell likes attractive people? Nobody!”

As for plastic surgeons who have theorized that the “Wild ‘N Out” alum has had facial injections and undergone other surgeries, he hit back at them for having a “scary lack of common sense.”

Rife has addressed his objectively attractive features in his previous stand-up routines.

“This just happened,” he said, pointing to his face during a live show last year. “Puberty hit me so disrespectfully late. I was ugly as hell for the first 22 years of my life. I know I look like every f-kboy ever. But I identify as ‘ugly person’. That technically makes me trans, um, trans-hansom. transom.”

The social media sensation also poked fun at his jawline, saying that even if he tried to take his own life, he wouldn’t be able to hang himself because his “jaw would cut the f-king rope.”
