Spain wins again, the Spanish national team dominates with a 5-0 victory over South Korea

After a long wait of almost four months without wins, Spain managed to get back on track in the last home game of the year, in Cartagena, where the women’s national team beat South Korea 5-0. The end of a streak of four draws.

It took less than three minutes to open the scoring. Claudia Pinawho returned to the squad after a two-year absence, was the one to score the first goal. The game started with a surge in midfield and the Catalan striker headed the ball into the net with great determination to celebrate his first goal in a La Roja shirt.

This match against South Korea was the last home match of 2024. Montse Tomé’s side still have one last friendly to end the year, which will be against France on December 3 at the Allianz Rivera in Nice.
