Kentucky football won’t be playing in a bowl game this season, but the Wildcats still have an opportunity to end their season with an upset win over an in-state rival Louisville in the Governor’s Cup.

The Wildcats (4-7) have won the past five Governor’s Cups, including last year’s 38-31 victory.

The series is tied, 10-10, at Kroger Field, but the Wildcats lead the all-time series, 20-15.

The Cardinals(7-4) last win in the series was in 2017 when they defeated the host Cats 44-17.
