Where is ‘College GameDay’ this week? Place, schedule for week 14

game

ESPN’s “College GameDay” is headed to Texas for an SEC Championship play-in game.

“GameDay” will be in College Station on Saturday for the no. 19 Texas A&M’s (8-3, 5-2 SEC) matchup against No. 3 Texas (10-1, 6-1), with the winner facing Georgia in the SEC championship game.

Kyle Field will host a renewed rivalry as the two Texas programs last met in 2011 in the Aggies’ final season in the Big 12. However, both historic teams are now in the SEC, rekindling one of college football’s best rivalries.

Texas A&M’s College Football Playoff hopes as an at-large team took a hit with its four-overtime loss to Auburn in Week 13, but it still has a chance to win the conference and earn an automatic bid in the 12-team field with two straight wins against Texas and Georgia, which is no small feat.

Where is the ‘College GameDay’ ranking in Week 14?

  • Location: Kyle Field (College Station, Texas)

“College GameDay” in the final week of the regular season is headed to College Station, Texas, for a renewed rivalry between Texas and Texas A&M.

One of the most anticipated games in college football this season, it seemed like “GameDay” was always going to Texas in Week 14. It’s also the second time “GameDay” has been in College Station this season, as Texas A&M’s week 1 loss to Notre Dame was also the site of ESPN’s pregame show.

Not only is a huge rivalry left, but it couldn’t come with bigger stakes. The winner goes to the SEC Championship Game to take on Georgia and will play for a guaranteed spot in the 12-team playoffs.
