Some notes

  • As expected, kicker Spencer Shrader (right hamstring) has been ruled out out for the game against the Raiders. Matthew Wright will kick for Kansas City; the team elevated him from the practice squad for the match. Linebacker Cam Jones (illness), who missing the last two practices of the week are official questionable.
  • Linebacker Leo Chenal didn’t practice on Wednesday due to a personal matter, but was a full participant on Thursday. He is good at going to the game.
  • Both defensive lineman Charles Omenihu (knee) and running back Isiah Pacheco (ankle) will return for the lineup. Both were activated to the 53-man roster Thursday.
  • Reid: “As long as they are in order. We’ll check it again (Wednesday), I’ve been trying to take it day by day. If they’re good after (Wednesday), we’ll play them, yep.”
  • Kansas City has five other players listed on its report, but they are all good to go.
  • The Raiders declared running back Zamir White (quadricep) and cornerback Nate Hobbs (ankle) out for the Kansas City game. Both were held out of all this week’s workouts. Running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) — who has been a limited participant all week — is questionable for the game. Wideout Tre Tucker (hip) was also limited all week, but will be playable on Friday.
  • On Thursday, Las Vegas officially placed quarterback Gardner Minshew (collarbone) and cornerback Jakorian Bennett (shoulder) on his reserve/injured list, which is why they are listed as not applicable to the damage report.
  • Taking their spots on the 53-man roster, the Raiders activated quarterback Aidan O’Connell (right thumb) (who has been a full participant in practice after having been appointed to return from Reserve/Injured) and practice squad-wide receiver Terrace Marshall. Both are good going into Friday’s game.
