Black Friday is officially here, and Apple is offering remarkable deals during the event. You will also find sales on smartwatches, TV, technology and more, many of which run through Cyber Monday.

I’ve covered shopping events for years as a tech reporter for NBC Select and use Apple products every day. I spent weeks finding the best Black Friday Apple deals that were actually worth shopping—deals I wanted to shop for myself. Each of the ones I recommend below are highly rated, and whenever possible I ran deals through price trackers to make sure they’re at their lowest price for at least three months. I will update this list frequently during Black Friday.

Lowest price ever

Apple Watch SE was my first smartwatch – it syncs easily with your iPhone and has almost all the same features as the more expensive one Apple Watch Series 10 and Apple Watch Ultra 2. You can use it to track notifications, exercise, sleep and health metrics, all of which can be viewed on the Apple Health and Fitness apps.

If I were in the market for a new laptop, I’d jump on this deal in a heartbeat. Apple’s MacBook Air is a great laptop, especially for travelers and students looking for a compact, lightweight computer to slip into their backpack. This model gets up to 18 hours of battery life and has improved performance over previous models due to Apple’s newer M3 chip and 16GB of memory (up from 8GB).

Lowest price ever

The Apple Watch is one of our favorite smartwatches, and this latest model makes a few improvements over the already excellent Apple Watch Series 9. The screen is brighter when you look at it from an angle, which means it’s easier to check the time or a message when you look at your wrist without turning the watch so it’s facing you. It also has new swimming features like a depth gauge and water temperature sensor.

Apple iPad (9th generation)

4.9-star average rating from 28,875 reviews at Best Buy

This 9th generation iPad was discontinued earlier this year, so it’s in short supply and heavily discounted for Black Friday. It can handle tablet basics: scroll through cooking recipes, stream TV and video chat with friends. It lacks the two-sided speakers of newer iPads which iPad 10th generation and iPad Airbut it is the cheapest iPad on the market (so far).

An eye-catching feature of these on-ear headphones is the full 50 hours of battery life and fast charging. Just plug it in for about 10 minutes and you can get up to 5 hours of battery power back, according to the brand. You can also play audio wirelessly over Bluetooth or by connecting a USB-C cable for high-resolution playback. Like most Beats headphones, they are compatible with both iPhone and Android devices. However, they are not noise-reducing.

How I found the best Black Friday Apple acts
