Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner make a surprise reunion

Former husband and wife Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reunited for a bigger cause this Thanksgiving.

Both Hollywood stars reconnected on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024, in Los Angeles to serve Thanksgiving meals to needy people in the Skid Row area.

The Midnight Mission (TMM), a group that helps the homeless in Southern California, shared a snap on social media.

In the picture, the two stars can be seen wearing matching aprons and smiling alongside the charity’s chief executive, David Prentice.

The post also had a caption that read, “Today we were honored to have Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner join us for the Midnight Mission for Thanksgiving! Their kindness, warmth and dedication brought so much joy to our Skid Row community.”

“Thank you, Ben and Jennifer, for serving meals and sharing smiles on this special day. Your compassion reminds us all of the true meaning of Thanksgiving – coming together to support each other,” TMM concluded, praising Affleck and Garner for their compassion and empathy.

For the uninitiated, Affleck and Garner were married from 2005 to 2015, and after divorcing, both have moved on and started new relationships.

Garner has been dating businessman John Miller since 2018, while Ben is currently going through a divorce from his wife Jennifer Lopez.

It is important to note that despite their separation, they have remained friendly for the sake of their children, namely Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
