The NBA announced the dates and full TNT viewing schedule for the knockout rounds of the 2024 NBA Cup tournament on Friday.

Three of the four NBA Cup quarterfinal games will air on TNT and truTV, while also streaming live on Max. Among them are matches on December 10 at 7 or 7:30 p.m. ET and 9:30 or 10 p.m. ET, while the other TNT quarterfinal game will take place at 9:30am or 10pm ET on December 11th.

Both semi-final matches will be held on 14 December, one of which will be broadcast on TNT, truTV and Max at 4:30 p.m. ET.

These games will be followed by the 2024 NBA Cup Championship Game at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on December 17, which will vent on ABC at 8:30 PM ET.

NBA Cup play started recently, with each team playing either one or two games so far.

The Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors, Orlando Magic, New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons and Atlanta Hawks are the top performing teams early in the tournament with all 2-0 records.

Last season marked the first regular season tournament in NBA history, and it saw the Lakers defeat the Indiana Pacers in the finals, making them the first NBA Cup champions.

This year’s format is the same as all 30 teams are divided into six groups with three groups in the Eastern Conference and three in the Western Conference.

Once round-robin play is complete, the team with the best record from each group will advance to the quarters, as will the second-place team with the best group play record in each conference.

The quarterfinal games will be home games for the higher seeds before the semifinals and the championship begin at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

While performing well in the NBA Cup does nothing for a team’s standings or playoff picture other than wins and losses that count as part of their overall record, there is still an incentive for players to go on a deep NBA Cup run.

Each player on a team that reaches the quarterfinals will receive over $50,000. That number rises to over $100,000 for the semifinals, over $200,000 to reach the championship and over $500,000 to win the championship.

Group play for the 2024 NBA Cup ends on December 3, with the quarterfinals on December 10 and 11, the semifinals on December 14 and the finals on December 17.
