SA Live SeaWorld San Antonio Christmas Celebration Sweepstakes

General. By submitting an entry to this contest, the SA Live SeaWorld San Antonio Sweepstakes, brought to you by KSAT12 (“Station”) and SeaWorld San Antonio (“the Sponsor”), entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these official sweepstakes rules (“Official Rules”) . NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to invoke any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or the Contest itself and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Station, whose decisions shall be binding and final . Failure to comply with these Official Rules or any Contest Specific Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

Eligibility. Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in the local viewing area and is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations. Employees of Station and Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotional agencies and members of those employees’ immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and those living in the same household with these employees are not eligible.

This is how you get in. SA Live SeaWorld San Antonio Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. CST Friday, November 22, 2024. Deadline to enter is Friday, November 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. To enter the sweepstakes, entrant must visit the website or fill out the SA Live SeaWorld San Antonio Sweepstakes sweepstakes form. Entrants must be the registered subscriber to the email or phone account from which the registration was made. Multiple entries received from any person or email address or phone number will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or damaged are invalid and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the station and will not be acknowledged or returned. By checking the appropriate box or option on the registration form, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact entrant via email with information about promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive these materials, please do not check the relevant box on the registration form. If at any time you do not wish to receive these materials in the future, please use the unsubscribe procedures in the email notification.

Station will reject and delete any entry it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Any entries found to be obscene, biased, sexual, racist, prejudicial, prejudicial or harassing will be void, resulting in the entrant being disqualified and triggering further action as the Station deems necessary. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.

Selection of winners. “One” (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all entries on Monday, December 2, 2024 and the winner will be awarded four tickets to SeaWorld San Antonio located at 10500 Sea World Dr, San Antonio, TX 78251. Each ticket is valued for $87.67 including tax, and the total prize value for four tickets is $350.68. KSAT12 will contact the winner via their email address in the contest form and through a phone call to the number provided.

Contest winners must execute and return any required affidavit and/or statement of eligibility, release of liability, disclosure and/or prize acceptance form within ten (10) days of winning or receiving notification of winning (first for time-sensitive prizes) ), or the prize(s) will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return any required affidavit and/or statement of eligibility, release of liability, disclosure and/or prize acceptance form within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned because it cannot delivered, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Station reserves the right to contact all competition participants to confirm registration. The official entry list remains the property of the Station and will not be distributed to the Sponsor without the specific approval of the Contest Entrant using the Opt-In checkbox on the entry form.

Unless otherwise noted, all prizes or prize certificates must be picked up at the Station (at the address listed below) KSAT12 is located at 1408 N. St. Mary’s, San Antonio, TX 78215 during normal business hours. If the winner of a competition is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must claim the prize. Winners may be asked to show a photo ID. There will be no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except at Station’s sole discretion, which may substitute for prizes of comparable value. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes in connection with the award of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 to receive the prize.

Disclaimer and Statements. Winner(s) assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by his or her participation in the Contest and/or acceptance and/or use of any prize, and releases the Station and the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates companies, officers, directors, agents and employees, from any such liability. Neither the Station nor the Sponsor, nor their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees are responsible for: failure to register for the Station due to computer failure of any kind, traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, telecommunications, network -, electronic, telephone or cellular service outages, delays, busy signals or equipment failures or other technical difficulties that may prevent the Station from receiving any Submission Submission; records that are stolen, distorted, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, delayed or damaged; any damage or injury to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of material in this competition; or any human error, any inaccurate transcription of access information, error in advertising or marketing materials, or error in these Official Rules. The station reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or operation of the station’s website. Failure to comply with the Official Contest Rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. All decisions of station management regarding the contest are final.

Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the competition if it is unable to be carried out as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, error, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any kind, or for any reason. The station reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the competition, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which takes effect upon announcement or posting. If, due to circumstances beyond Station’s control, any event in connection with the Contest or Prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, canceled or changed venue, Station reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify Contest and shall not be obligated to to award a compensation award.

Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name, hometown and state, likeness and/or vote for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without further compensation. The winner’s name and city of residence will be published online and sent to those who request it.

Winner notification. For the name of the winner(s), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt within 60 days of the end of the contest period to Station at 1408 N.
