Friday night brings a rematch between two of the top 5A football teams in recent years.

Top-seeded Silverton (10-1) and fifth-seeded Wilsonville (9-2) will meet in an OSAA state semifinal at 7 p.m. at McMinnville High School. Silverton defeated Wilsonville 45-27 back on Oct. 18 in a Special District 2 game in Silverton.

In last week’s state quarterfinals, Silverton posted a 36-23 home victory against No. 8 seed Summit, while Wilsonville won 34-6 at No. 4 seed Churchill in Eugene.
