Sacramento Kings vs. Los Angeles Clippers Expert Picks

Sacramento Kings ATS -3 (-110), Moneyline (-158)

Maybe it’s as simple as projecting a Kings win simply because both Domantas Sabonis (back) and DeMar DeRozan (back) will return to the lineup, and the Clippers are at least missing their leading scorer in Norman Powell due to an injury hamstring, at least offensively, it may be difficult for Los Angeles to keep up on the scoreboard.

However, the Clippers have successfully covered the spread more often than not with a 10-6 record ATS, with three straight covers at home including five of their last six. They are also 3-2 ATS when underdogs at home.

Sacramento fell Nov. 8 at the Golden 1 Center to Los Angeles, 107-98, so there’s a sense of pride that comes from looking to redeem that performance and provide a favor. A three-point spread is tight enough to lean either that way or just hit the money line outright, and even with sixth man Malik Monk out, the Kings have just too much at their disposal for the league’s 24th-ranked offense to strike fear into you.

OVER 221 points (-110)

This whole market has been disastrous for me lately, but even with the Clippers only having five OVERs in 16 games with a push sprinkled in, Sacramento’s offensive options are enough to make me a little confident in an OVER to justify a bet.

Sacramento Kings vs. Los Angeles Clippers Player Prop

Domantas Sabonis OVER 35.5 points + rebounds + assists (-122)

With Sabonis participating in a few full practices, it’s hard to imagine head coach Mike Brown placing him on some sort of minutes restriction in his first taste of action in a week.

Oddsmakers have the All-Star forward’s points + rebounds + assists line at 35.5, and Sabonis has hit the OVER in his last three meetings with the Clippers. He’s also gone OVER in 10 of his 13 games in 2024-25, which explains why the -122 value isn’t overtly appealing, but it still feels safe given Sabonis’ history.
